Mr Suman Jha, son of late Anand Mohan Jha was born in highly reputed Shrotriya Brahmin family in a village of Mithilanchal in Madhubani district of North Bihar. He lost his mother at the age of 5. His elementary education up to class VII was done in his village primary and middle school under the guidance of his father. In his childhood, he was interested in swimming, kabaddi and playing Chess. As there was no High School in his village Raiyam ( Raima), his father sent him to his elder sister in Pindaruch. He passed his secondary examination from Pindaruch High School and joined I.A in C.M. College, Darbhanga. After passing the I.A. examination in 1979, he joined English Honours in Ranchi, College and Passed M.A in English from Ranchi University, Ranchi in 1985.
He decided to be a teacher when he was in class 9 and started teaching his juniors in 1976. After secondary examination, he continued his study at his own earning. His uncle, Acharya Bholanath Jha, Registrar, Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deovagarh, Late Pramod Kanth Thakur ( Teacher in English ) and Dr Shrish Chandra Choudhary, the then lecturer in Ranchi College were his source of inspiration.
Under the motivation of Dr Shrish Chandra Choudhary, he joined Central Institute of English & Foreign Languages, Hyderabad to complete the course of Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English. Till 1992 he worked as TGT & PGT English in KV, DAV and LLRBM in Ranchi .in 1992 he was selected as TGT in BSF Sr.Sec. School, Siliguri. In 1994, he was selected as PGT English in BSF Sr.Sec. School, Tekanpur Gwalior and from there in July he was transferred to BSF Sr.Sec. School, Sri Ganganagar worked there till December 1999. He left the job of BSF school to be the principal of Ch. MRM Memorial School Nirwana and work for the students in villages. In 2001 he joined Nosegay Public School as Principal and worked for two tenures up to 2005. On personal requested he also officiated as principal in GOOD Shepherd Public School, Sri Ganganagar got the school affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. He also helped Late Ramesh Miglani, the then President of Arorvancsh Trust, Sriganganagar to start Aroravansh Public School at Jawahar Nagar and got it affiliated. From 2007 to 2015 he rendered his services as academic Directors in Prestar Public School, Chotikhatu, Nagore, Sophiya Children Academy, Sidhmukh & Rajgarh9 Sadulpur), Chitrakoot Public School & Research Centre, Sikar and Polkaji Shikshan Sansthan, Sikar. His dream project Amigo International School, Abohar was completed just in 9 months and was inaugurated with 350 students on roll.
Mr Jha has proved his teaching and administrative competence at times and even in the most challenging situation. His line of actions are firmly based on:-
a) Education is a fundamental right of children.
b) Every child is unique and genius.
c) Classroom teaching where students face their teachers has no substitution.
d) Timely proper guidance, counselling and tutorials can enhance the chances of success in life
e) The sacred bond between teachers and tots is always a boon and fruitful. At Suryaprabha, Mr Jha aims to protect the promising children from being misguided and help them to see their visions come true through proper and quality counselling, guidance and tutorials
Vaidya Chaitanya Sharma was born on 16th August 1956 in Sri Ganganagar. His father late Sh. Suryakant Sharma was a very learned and well-known vaidya of that time. His one of the brothers is a doctor and another one is a well-established businessman. He received his schooling from Seth G. L. Bihani School and graduation and post graduation from Govt. College, SGNR. On his father’s advice, he decided to prosper his family business. In 1980 successfully he completed the training of ‘Vaidya Ayurvaidya Medicine. Like his father, he is also in promoting and protecting the cultural heritage of the country. He has been actively participating in managing ‘DHARMSANSkRIT VIDYALAYA’ Teenpuli, In Sri Ganganagar. Through ‘Suryaprabha Jankalyan Nyas’ he helps the children of non – privileged families to get an education. He also paid sincere efforts to build a Dharmshala at Ramsara in Churu. Suryaprabha Vision & Career aims at contributing nation by providing useful guidance and tutorials. His two sons Sharad Pareek and Yudhisthir Pareek deal in wholesale ayurvedic medicines.
